Scott
D. Brown is the managing attorney at NUTTALL, BROWN
and COUTTS, a Salt Lake City firm dedicated to representation
of claimants in personal injury and insurance disputes. Mr.
Brown has been awarded an "A" "V" rating in
Martindale-Hubbell,
the highest possible in both competency and ethics. Mr. Brown has 23 years experience
in personal injury law and has handled many hundreds of auto
injury and death cases, never having lost a jury trial. Mr.
Brown personally handled two of the nine most "Significant Tort
Cases the Utah Supreme Court Decided in 1999", as selected by
Chief Justice Richard C. Howe. Mr. Brown received his B.A. degree in Business Management, cum laude,
from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree from the University
of Utah College of Law. Mr. Brown is a member of the Utah Trial
Lawyers' Association, the Utah State Bar Association, is licensed
to practice in State and Federal Court and before the Supreme
Court of the United States. Mr. Brown has been a Seminar
Presenter and is co-author of "Trying the Automobile Injury Case
in Utah", and "The Automobile Injury Case."Mr. Brown gives
considerable volunteer community service, including his work on
the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Jordan
Education Foundation. He is also the Founder and President of
L.E.A.P.,
Lawyers' Endowment for Accident Prevention, a charitable
foundation.
Mr. Brown was born and raised in Murray, Utah. He is a
husband and father of four. His interests away from work
include archery, basketball, Gordon Setters and the outdoors. |
