Every case at Nuttall, Brown & Coutts is handled from beginning to end by an attorney who is experienced in maximizing personal injury recoveries. Most of these cases, if accepted, are handled on a one-third contingency fee basis where attorney’s fees are paid only if we win your case. If there is no settlement, there is no fee.

Nuttall, Brown & Coutts has earned a reputation for insisting on fair treatment for our clients.

We focus on giving clients personalized, individual attention. This is in contrast to the industry trend toward high volume, paralegal-intensive services.

Over the past 40 years, we have helped thousands of people with just about every type of injury claim you can imagine.
